Four consents in a fortnight!

We are delighted to have been part of the teams who secured planning permission for four new developments this December:
- Royal Mint Street, London E1 – 61,000sqm hotel, residential, commercial and community uses (client ZBV[RMS]);
- Former GA Building, St Marychurch, Torbay – Retail & residential scheme with Sainsbury’s as anchor tenant (client TPS);
- Drummond Park, Ludgershall, Wiltshire – 500 new homes on former MoD site (client Zog Brownfield Ventures);
- Hicks Road, Markyate, Hertfordshire – 2ha mixed use regeneration scheme on former industrial land (client Zog Brownfield Ventures).
Entran provided Environmental and Transportation consultancy services to secure positive recommendations from statutory consultees, leading to planning permission on all four sites in the space of two weeks. Happy Christmas!
